- DIA 011-01-02 binds both membrane-bound MAC and fluid-phase SC5b-9 complexes from human, porcine, baboon and equine samples. DIA 011-01-02 has been successfully used in ELISA and IHC applications. This antibody is not recommended for Western blotting as the epitope is destroyed during the process.
